Hi, I'm not entirely sure where to put this, but this seemed as good a place as any. I have a Razer Blackwidow Ultimate mac layout, and a Razer Naga Epic, so I need to download Synapse 2.0. I've downloaded it, and I ran the installer, restarted, but nothing shows up.

I've installed it successfully on my Windows partition, and on a different Mac, but it does not work on mine. What you're describing sounds like a problem I've had before so what I usually do is: 1. Open Razer Synapse by right clicking the Synapse icon on the Menu bar (At this point, Synapse should open all black as you mention) 2. CMD + ALT + ESC to open the 'Force Quit Applications' window, then proceed to Force Quit Razer Synapse 3. Open again Razer Synapse from the menu bar, this time Synapse should take a little bit more of time to open so, be patient. Most of times with this has been enough, but I highly recommend to keep in dock the Razer Synapse just to Open easily and exit the program without having to open the Force Quit Applications window.
